Many of you have experienced the Heart + Womb Shamanic Journey 3 session pack or the Salt Room Shamanic Journeys with Laura from North of the Hill in the past. It is now time to experience this as a collective and heal together. Laura joins with the Angelic Shannon from Your Wellbeing Warrior to bring you a 3.5 hour Heart and Womb Shamanic Journey.

Just like the 1:1 sessions Laura + Shannon will take you deep into your heart + womb space, guiding you on a transformative hypnosis journey, reaching the powerful theta brain wave state by tapping into what may be holding you back through life and where your sacred body parts may lead you.

This profound state unlocks your subconscious, enabling us to work on releasing old patterns and fears while replacing them with empowering beliefs.

You may give so much of yourself, give lots of love but at the same time hold so much stagnant energy from others.

Our heart can feel caged and not allow ourselves to fully let love in and our womb holds energy of our ancestors and takes away energetic pain from our lovers of the past and present.

No matter what it is, lets dive into your heart + womb space and see what it needs to clear out and beam brighter through this life.

We will gently guide you into this state through relaxation techniques, allowing for deep self discovery and transformation.

Get comfortable, relax, and let’s harness the power of your mind, body and soul together.

The day will include:

• Establishing - Mind-mapping your life thus far. Going deep into your childhood working with Primal Therapy.

• Transformative Hypnosis

• Sound/Frequency healing/Light Language

• Shamanic Heart + Womb Journey - Going into a deep state connecting to the inner child through the heart space and then journeying into the womb working through Ancestorial energy and past/current lovers stored in the womb.

• Energy Healing/Reiki offering

• Snacks

• Share Circle

• Connection

We want you to be as comfy as possible.

*Please note: you will be lying on a yoga mat so if you need anything else to be comfortable, please bring it!
