Awaken womb, body & intuitive wisdom.

Attune to the internal rhythms of your being.

Welcome in ease and restoration to your body and energy field.

This is a space for women to gather in circle with the intention of cultivating a deeper embodied presence with our hearts, wombs, and vessels. Connecting to and awakening the wisdom of our bodies and womb space.

The internal rhythms of our heart and womb are interconnected and not seperate from the entire rhythm of our body. This space is an opportunity to strengthen the relationship between, and, awareness of, these parts.

Inviting in ease and restoration within our bodies and energy field.

We will explore:

Gentle somatic womb exploration

Through the portal of the body we will connect to the wisdom of our womb through sensation and explore the subtle energetics of our creative centre. The womb is a portal to the universe, one that gives life in many forms of creation. Our pelvic bowl is home to the sacral chakra, the centre of our sexuality and sensuality. By connecting to our womb space we connect to the seat of our pleasure and potential. Gentle somatic womb work offers us an opportunity to explore our womb space and what we may be holding here as well as what we desire to create.

Embodied meditation

Through the portal of the physical body we will connect to the more deeper and subtle sensations of our internal landscape.

Intuitive wisdom cultivation

Developed through the slowing down, the quietening of our minds and opening space within our being for our intuition to shine through. Cultivated through self trust, surrender and deep listening.

The path of embodiment is one of service and devotion to self, to truly living, here, in this human experience. Embodying all parts of our existence, owning all that we are and welcoming forward the unconscious into consciousness.

It is the acknowledgement of our journey and unique experiences, of our pain, trauma, conditioning and showing up for these parts. It is the awareness of all that we have disregarded, externalised, disowned, shamed. A journey of walking with our shadows, not running from them.

Embodiment is calling all of these pieces back in as apart of us, part of our journey, part of our growth and expansion. It is a journey of coming to accept and love all parts of ourselves, including the mess, rawness, vulnerability, chaos, fear, doubt, stories, patterns, old behaviours, the ego and welcoming the unravelling, understanding and teachings of these pieces of our experience.

Embodiment is being in the body. Grounding in the physical, taking ownership of the vessel we have come to walk this earth in.
