Hey HeartBeatz,
We have a beautiful team of really salt of the earth beings, who are stepping forward to co-create a HeartSpace for you all to experience by sharing in the areas that we are each passionate about!
INTENT:
It is our most humble Intent to create a container that World bridges, moving from the old system & Perspectives that our grandparents once held, into Creative New World/Earth Solutions that honor life, our children and our needs. We are explore localized community systems & initiatives & WE"D LOVE YOU to be apart of that conversation!
MISSION:
We aim to bridge the worlds & connect Our Villages by supporting Our Souls Callings to step forward, through events & collaborations and we are honored to Create spaces for our purpose paths to be explored & also hold space for others to do the same.
WHATS ON:
DJ Chialara - Live Music - Homecrafted Mead Samples - Permaculture - Kahuna Massage - Land & Embodiment Talk -Eco Art Therapy - Circus & Arts Space - Feast & Fire circle (inc in ticket prices) - Private Homeschooling Groups are invited to join us to share activities & talks on what they offer- FUNGI FUTURES SYMPOSIUM brings us Mushroom products & Uses - Native mushrooms - Plant Medicine talks - open discussion on Bunya Nut Bartering Systems & Using Pendulums for harm reduction & health we are honored to have a Sacred Mother Drum ceremony & More.
HOMESCHOOLERS:
Homeschoolers who run days/events etc, please get in touch and come share an activity with us, so our Whole community knows exactly what your Offering as making the transition between the School systems & Alternative Homschooling options. Then we can tell others! Its so important to our Crews, that our community is aware of all thats on offer here.
EVENT ORGANIZERS
Events staff and Facilitators are invited to join us & share what Events they are offering by adding your poster to Our Info wall, as we want our whole community to support you too!
FEAST & FIRE CIRCLE
HEARTFIRE KITCHEN is bringing you a Soul nourishing Food experience Our chefs and crew are overjoyed to create a Feast By the Fire for you all to experience, next to our Tincture Bar & Mead samples. We are preparing a range of delicious homemade foods, filled with love, catering to Vegan, Vegetarian, Meat options & offering gluten & dairy free options, alternatives to wheat, sugar free (fodmap friendly) and more.. We Value our health & its a priority in our networks & we consider food, dance, communal spaces, music and unified fields of consciousness Are The Medicines our souls need to feel nourished.
MARKET STALL HOLDERS
Market stall holders are welcome to Join us, $25 per stall/Blanket site/unpowered which covers a Reduced ticket for the Feast by the Fire, as we wish to support your business as well.
VENUE
HeartBeatz Sessions will be held as Private residence, on a shared property - and all are asked to be courteous & not to go into the Neighbors Space at all.
We have Bee hives in the Fenced Garden space, out the back and if your children are allergic to bees, please be sure to keep them away from that space. Our bees are quite passive and do not impact on the event space. The Venue is Fully fenced and Parents are asked keep an eye on your children when not attending activities.
We do have some incredible facilitators who are offering Workshops during Talks and children can be unattended once the workshops have commenced.
WHAT TO BRING:
Water Bottles, Chair - (We have Tank Water), A cushion or Mat or Camping chairs if you like to be elevated, Poi, flow toys and hoops or Fire gear & fuel etc.

FACILITATORS
Facilitators, Please Come joins us and share what your creating through a kids activity, workshop or Talk, etc. We would genuinely love to see your offerings being supported and we’d love to see the local grown talent also offering classes on the homeschooling schedules, so our children get a really diverse and well rounded homeschool Curriculum.
BOOKINGS
If you wish to book anyone, please go directly to them and book face to face. Please feel free to book our facilitators and playshoppers Or Speakers if you feel they will compliment your programs/Events.
RUBBISH:
All Members of Heartbeatz Sessions are asked to bring A rubbish bag and to take ALL rubbish home with you. We strongly Value, Leaving spaces better than we found them!
PARKING
All parking is welcome along the front Naturestrip, and inside the fence line at the front of the property.

Any Purchase of Tickets for Heartbeatz Sessions events, automatically Implies that you are Willing & Give Full Consent to come in Divine Respect, to show up Responsibly, to honor yourselves and the space as our children will be present.. You agree to be autonomous and honorable. We DO NOT support heavy consumption of drugs or alcohol.
We have a NO DICKHEAD policy & We ask that all adults are mindful & responsible if you choose to partake in anything.. We have a strict NON VIOLENCE entry Clause & Management reserves the right to deny Entry at there discretion.
Tickets are not refundable but they can be paid forward & used at the July 6th event. Please Email Earthfairyqueen@gmail.com if your not able to make it and you need to change your ticket date.
CAMPING
There is no overnight camping available at this Event.
