To celebrate the end of a magnificent (and very cold) truffle season, HEARTHE is hosting an intimate four course truffle dinner in its Stanmore bakery. Local truffle farmer Jane from Meadows rd Truffles Oberon will be supplying the best and freshest of her harvest, so if you love truffles, or want to experience fresh truffles at their best, this is the perfect event for you!

Chef/baker Christopher The has been chomping at the bit to return to his restaurant comfort zone. With experience at Bel Mondo, Claudes and Quay expect refined, plated dishes, incorporating native Australian Ingredients and hyperlocal Stanmore grown produce. Joining him in the kitchen is chef Ruben Martinez, another 30 year veteran who has spent time in Gavroche London, Aqua Luna and most recently was the chef at the recently closed One Penny Red Summer Hill.

An optional wine pairing by Stefano Moretti from Tappo & Co will be available for $60. These wines are also available by the bottle or the glass.
