IMMERSION FORMAT ......................................

Arrive at 10am so you have time to park and settle in at the venue. We commence by 10.15am

10.15am - Morning session will include

- introduction to tantric concepts & embodiment

- masculine feminine concepts & some polarity theory

- partner practices

1pm Lunch break (time is approximate - lunch provided onsite)

2pm - Afternoon session will include

- communication practices

- moving past resentments

- SEX, pleasure and embodied connection practices

- some light afternoon tea will be shared at some stage

- more polarity practices
