Leadership is changing dramatically. The question is, as we enter the New World of Work, will you evolve in time?

Join The Heartwired Evolution! ...and join us for a leadership journey like no other.

Transform the way you, and your leaders, lead – and unlock exceptional human performance – by using data and science to help create an environment of high productivity, engagement and innovation, with The Heartwired Evolution - a unique, 5-month program powered by The Predictive Index.

The world of work is changing at an unprecedented rate. Leadership methods of the past are not going to get you results in the new world of work. You'll probably already be experiencing the shift in what people want and expect in this new world of work. To succeed in the very near future, leaders will need to be more aware, more empathetic, more resilient, more attuned to the people in their teams, and more capable of building trust in a much shorter space of time.

Unlike other leadership programs, The Heartwired Evolution does not rely solely on leadership theory. Instead we teach leaders to leverage data to effortlessly customise their leadership style to suit each individual in their team. Like the changing workplace, leadership theory needs to adapt to the demands of the future. If we want to get the best from people, we need to understand how they operate and what conditions and environment they need to thrive; and we need to do it in record time.

Empower yourself; empower your leaders
Designed for leaders who are committed to human-centred leadership, The Heartwired Evolution cleverly bridges the gap between leadership theory and truly effective, individualised people management by constantly tapping into human data analytics.

This unique program shows you how to marry the art of leadership with the science of human data analytics to drive better people outcomes, promote engagement, lift productivity, and foster a thriving workplace culture.

Who is The Heartwired Evolution for?
The Heartwired Evolution caters to seasoned, reluctant, accidental, and newly promoted leaders, as well as those who aspire to a leadership role. It’s aimed at leaders seeking to understand human behaviour, navigate the changing workplace, and boost team performance. The greatest prerequisite for the program is an interest in investing in developing one’s own leadership skills and self-awareness.

What can you expect to gain from the program?

During the program, you'll be honing your skills in:
Delegation: getting things done right the first time around
Recognition: inspiring people to perform at their best
Coaching: raising the skill level of their team members
Communication skills: enhancing interpersonal relationships
Interviewing and hiring strategies: making sure the right people are in the right roles
Development discussions and performance management: providing continuous feedback and setting goals to lift individual and team performance.

The core focus of The Heartwired Evolution Leadership Program

Is to expand your leadership capabilities around emotional intelligence, empathy, and resilience, as well as evolve your ability to adapt to the new world of work, leveraging the critical role interpersonal relationships will play in a workplace radically altered by the growing dominance of AI.

Real-world, real-time implementation

Delivered in a group-based format with leaders from other industries and with different perspectives, The Heartwired Evolution emphasises hands-on, practical sessions where participants actively interrogate their own team’s data in real time. This is not just theory, and it's not "go away and figure out how to put it into practice;" it's about real-world implementation right there in the room!

Why spread The Heartwired Evolution across 5 months?
We often get asked why we spread The Evolution across 5 months. Well, having participants constantly revisit the data and key leadership principles during those two full-days and four half-days over a period of five months results in deeper learning, better retention of information, and more practical leadership proficiency. As anyone who's ever attended a 4-day residential leadership program will know, it's very easy to forget learning that's been crammed in, in a short space of time.

How large is each cohort?
The Heartwired Evolution is restricted to a maximum of 12 participants to enable the content to be highly personalised and to provide you with deeper insights about the specific peopke in your team.

Who is the facilitator?
The Evolution and its workshops and learning activities are designed and facilitated by Dawn Russell, founder of The Heartware Group. Dawn's vision is to create a world where every workplace is staffed with passionate, purposeful, committed people.
