Hearty: A South Asian Health Gathering

Welcome to our next exclusive SAARI Collective event - Hearty!

We're being hosted by Co-Founder Sam Kothari from health and longevity startup Everlab. We'll be on the rooftop to discuss all things health in our community, including new, South Asian-specific insights. 

And we're all cooking! We're inspired by diaspora cookbooks like Amrikan: 125 Recipies from the Indian American Diaspora. We're asking everyone to bring a plate of your best diaspora inspired dish for up to 8 people - whether that's rajma nachos (please no, says SAARI Editor Jasmeet!), saltbush lamb curry, or even something very Aussie that includes Indigenous ingredients.  

Could we even see a kangaroo curry hop its way to the rooftop?
