Heat & Flow is taking over Löyly on Saturday 5 December 2026 for a morning of movement, recovery, music and connection.

We’re bringing together run club, Pilates, yoga, breathwork, sauna and ice baths - with a live DJ, coffee and snacks to keep the morning flowing. Bring your mates or come solo and meet the crew.

Start with a free run

Join Social Run Club × NARC to kick things off. Arrive at 5:45am for a 6am start, then stick around and soak up the atmosphere.

Please note: This registration is for the free run club session only.

Paid tickets to be purchased through Löyly booking system.

Pilates, yoga, breathwork, sauna and ice bath sessions require a separate paid booking.

The morning lineup

From 7am, choose between movement or a breathwork session with sauna and ice baths. Two sessions run at each time, with each session lasting 45 minutes.

• 7am: Pilates with Liv | Breathwork with Ryan
• 8am: Yoga with Jordan | Breathwork with Jian
• 9am: Pilates with Chey | Breathwork with Cas
• 10am: Yoga with Vic | Breathwork with Matt

First release: $65
Second release: $70
Final release: $75

Every paid ticket includes a free coffee.
