Held: A Soul Circle for Burnout Parents - What's Lost (And What's Emerging)
Event description
A sacred space to come home to yourself.
You are holding so much.
And yet —
Who is holding you?
When your child is in autistic burnout, it can feel like the whole world narrows. Every ounce of energy goes toward caregiving, crisis management, advocating, surviving. There’s barely space to breathe, let alone feel, process, grieve, or be with your own experience.
But under the exhaustion, the numbness, the coping — many parents feel something stirring.
A quiet longing for deeper connection.
A sense that something is shifting inside.
A whisper from the soul that says: “There’s more than this.”
Welcome to Held — a gentle monthly soul circle for parents walking through the fire of parenting a child in burnout.
Held is a soul-nourishing, non-religious, monthly gathering for parents of Autistic or neurodivergent children who are experiencing burnout.
It’s a space to exhale, reflect, feel, and remember who you are — beneath the roles, the worry, the weight.
This is not a space for fixing.
It’s a space for softening.
For being seen, not judged.
For being held, not hurried.
✨ Each 90-minute circle includes:
-
A grounding practice to settle your nervous system
-
A soul reflection or poem to awaken something within
-
Gentle journal prompts for self-exploration
-
Optional sharing in a supported, safe space
-
A closing ritual to integrate and reconnect
Whether you arrive in tears, in silence, or just needing to be in the presence of other parents who get it — this space is for you.
You don’t have to be “okay” to belong here.
You just have to show up.
