Held: A Soul Circle for Burnout Parents - Loving, Accepting, and Forgiving Your Younger Parent Self
Event description
There’s a version of you that did the best they could with what they had.
The younger parent who ran on empty, who didn’t have the language for neurodivergence yet, who felt lost in systems that didn’t make space for the truth of their child or themselves.
This Held circle is a soft, sacred, soul-nourishing (non-religious) space to meet that version of you with compassion.
Not to fix or judge, but to witness.
To say, I see you. I know how hard it was. You are still worthy of love.
In this gathering, we’ll gently explore:
🌿 What it means to turn toward your past self, not with shame, but with love
🌿 How unmet needs, burnout, and systemic pressures shaped our early parenting
🌿 The healing power of self-forgiveness in our parenting journey today
🌿 A guided practice to connect with and nurture your younger parent self
🌿 Soulful reflection, gentle sharing (if you feel comfortable to), and deep nervous system safety in community
Whether you’re grieving the parent you thought you’d be, or learning to hold the one you were with more kindness, this circle is for you.
Come as you are. No masks. No demands. Just truth, tenderness, and the healing that happens when we are Held.
