Held & Heard is a sacred circle for women who are ready to reclaim their voice, honour their boundaries and reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies through sound, stillness and sisterhood.

This is more than just a sound bath.

It’s a space to soften the armour, clear the noise and remember:

💫 What to Expect

In this immersive 3 hour self care workshop, you’ll be guided through:

🎵 Sound Healing & Voice Activation

Let the vibrations of crystal bowls, koshi chimes, shamanic drum, Tibetan bowls, ocean drum and vocal toning wash through your system, regulating your nervous system and awakening your truth. Gentle, accessible sound practices will support you in unlocking the voice within.

🌀 Embodied Boundary Practices

Explore how boundaries feel in your body. Using somatic movement, breath and intuitive guidance, we’ll reconnect you with your inner “yes” and sacred “no.”

🫶 Sharing Circle

You’ll have the opportunity to be witnessed without judgment, advice or fixing. Just deep listening and sisterhood. Speak your truth or sit in silence. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

📝 Reflection & Integration

You’ll receive guided journaling prompts and practices helping you integrate what you uncovered during the session.
