• Nervous System Insight: Explore the polyvagal framework to better understand your internal states and how they shape your experience. Learn practical tools to support regulation, presence and authentic connection.

• Bowen Therapy & Meditation: Enjoy a simple guided meditation whilst benefitting from seated Bowen Therapy – a subtle yet powerful and deeply nurturing form of bodywork that supports the body’s own innate healing intelligence.

• Nature-Based Creativity: Engage your senses through playful creation. Create a wild bouquet from natural elements, then blend your own bespoke botanical mist. A joyful, hands‑on way to deepen presence, connection and wellbeing through creativity.

This is your warm invitation to a gentle, immersive experience blending health science, mysticism, nurture and creativity.
