• Sacred Cacao: Our circle opens honouring the ancient Mayan gratitude practise of Kotziq' as it aligns to the day-keeper's energy of the day. 
• Sound Healing: Paiste gongs 'Venus' and 'Mercury' combine with crystal bowl harmonics encouraging deep journeying, into the meditative brain state and deep relaxation.
• Guided Breath & Meditation: Explore the mindfulness and peace of the inner sanctum with a blissful guided practice designed to work in alignment with the energies of the day.
• Energy Healing: Following the meditation & throughout the sound immersion, experience a gentle 'gardening' where energetic blocks and elements that no longer serve are removed and transmuted.
