About Gabrielle
Gabrielle is an experienced yoga practitioner with a special interest in holding sacred spaces for stillness and inner exploration. Her teaching is nurturing and deeply personal, weaving breath, awareness, and sound to guide participants into states of profound rest and restoration.
Through the slow, meditative practice of yin yoga, Gabrielle invites a return to the body’s natural rhythm — offering a peaceful, grounded space to simply be.
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the body’s deeper connective tissues through long-held, passive shapes. By softening into stillness and staying for time, yin supports physical release while inviting inner quiet. It encourages rest, presence, and deeper awareness — creating space for emotional and energetic balance alongside physical ease.
About Rosy
Rosy is an experienced yogi and shiatsu therapist who works in private practice and also sits on the board of directors at the Australian Shiatsu College. She has experience working with all shapes and sizes, babies through to elderly, physical ailments to emotional upheavals. Her work is informed by a deep reverence for the body's innate healing mechanisms; her treatments encourage the receiver to open up their awareness of Self which can in turn strengthen this ability to self-heal. She loves shiatsu for the potential it has as a gentle antidote to the madness of the modern world.
Shiatsu therapy is a Japanese form of bodywork that works with both physical touch and energetic flow, using meridians and acupressure points to support balance and healing. It offers deeply restorative touch while encouraging the body’s natural self-healing. When paired with yin yoga, it creates a powerful space for replenishment on all levels — physical, emotional, and energetic.
