Held: A Circle for Mamas

An intimate morning for pregnant and postpartum mothers to slow down, reconnect and feel deeply supported.

Motherhood asks so much of women.
Whether you are preparing to meet your baby, moving through the tenderness of postpartum or simply craving a moment to exhale in motherhood.

Held is your invitation to pause and receive.

Join us for a beautiful morning of:

ceremonial cacao
gentle guided breathwork
grounding meditation
womb connection and reflection
honest conversation with other mothers

This is a calm, nurturing space where you can soften, be witnessed and remember that you were never meant to do this season alone.

You’ll leave feeling:

calmer in your body
emotionally lighter
deeply supported
grounded in your body
