Held is a transformative day retreat for artists, makers, and creatives who are longing to reconnect with themselves, their creativity, and the deeper meaning behind what they create.

Held is designed as a gentle pause from the pace of everyday life. Through meaningful conversations, mindful creative practices, and intentional community, this full-day retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to the creative energy that lives within you.

More than a workshop, Held is a space to feel supported, inspired, and understood. Together, we’ll explore creativity not just as something we produce, but as something we live and carry through every part of our lives.

Throughout the day, you’ll experience guided reflection, nourishing connection, hands-on creativity, and moments of rest, all created to help you reconnect with your why and move forward feeling grounded and renewed.

• 9.00 am — Energy reset with Steph of Luvieur

• 10.00 am — Morning tea and open conversation with Mesa Studio

• 11.00 am — Journaling: What does creativity mean to me?

• 12.30 pm — Lunch and conversation starters

• 2.00 pm — Beading workshop

• 3.30 pm — Afternoon tea and open conversation with Cheeky Cacao

• 5.00 pm — Closing ceremony
