Held Together is a day retreat thoughtfully designed to help couples unwind, reconnect, and strengthen their bond through simple, grounding practices. Set in a peaceful waterside location, you’ll be gently guided through an afternoon and evening of mindful movement, nurturing connection, shared reflection, and calming sound — all intended to relax the body, quiet the mind, and bring you closer to one another.

This is a rare and nourishing experience — a chance to slow down, spend intentional time together, and rediscover the warmth and joy at the Heart of your relationship.

• Opening with Cacao – A gentle welcome to arrive fully, set intentions, and connect with your partner in a relaxed and open way.
• Couple Yoga & Essential Oils – Soft partner movement paired with calming heart opening aromas to support ease and connection.
• Connection Practices – Thoughtfully guided exercises to deepen presence and strengthen your bond.

• Guided Couple Meditation – A quiet moment of shared stillness to center, ground, and attune with one another on a deeper level.
• Sunset Sound Journey – A soothing live performance with violin and cello, featuring an original symphony composed especially for this retreat. Crafted with couples in mind, this heartfelt music offers a serene space to unwind and simply be together.

• Closing Circle & Shared Dinner – A warm and reflective close to the day, followed by a nourishing meal enjoyed side by side.

• Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in
• Yoga mats (one per person)
• Blankets, pillows, and eye masks for the sound journey
• Water bottle
• Your favourite mug (for tea/cacao and moments of comfort)
• A warmer jumper or layer for when the evening cools down
