Helen Phillips - The significance of the interior life to global concerns
Event description
Jung’s depth psychology has opened for me the door to the reality of the psyche, both conscious and unconscious, and of the religious function of the psyche. My experiences as a psychotherapist have reinforced this view. The interface between them has not always been realised, but when it is, it can wake us up to more far reaching effects, especially in our times of the necessity of becoming conscious of our global responsibilities.
Tonight's speaker is Helen Phillips. Helen’s first degree was a BA from Open University, UK. Then having trained in London as a Jungian Analyst, practising mainly back in Adelaide and the Barossa, and an MA from Winchester University, she is now a semi-retired octogenarian and a great grandmother.
