Helena, Montana Hometown
Description
Join us for a FREE Wildwood Running Hometown Clinic designed to support and empower female athletes both in and out of competition. This is a unique opportunity to learn about girls in sport, something you won’t want to miss.
Participants will gain practical tools in mental performance, fueling and nutrition, female health and REDs, leadership, athletic performance, and goal setting. These sessions help athletes and their coaches better understand their bodies, build confidence and resilience, learn how to stay strong and healthy, and develop the habits that elevate both performance and team culture.
And you’ll be learning from three incredible experts – Morgan Smith, Tammie Bennett, and Marie Davis Markham – leaders in their fields who bring energy, insight, and experience that athletes can use immediately.
This is a chance to learn from experts, connect with your community, grow as a runner, and be inspired. Reserve your spot and be part of an impactful Hometown experience.
