This workshop will help you understand and apply the three critical leverage points that lead to personal or staff success:

• Understanding how prompts influence behaviour

• How to use the skill / will framework to correctly identify performance issues and what you can do to change staff behaviour.

• Using the idea of 'checks' to increase more and better actions that are likely to achieve greater success.

• Incorporating reflection to assess and improve actions that lead to greater success.

This workshop will be delivered by Linda or Peter Watson who both bring over 20 years of experience in delivering learning experiences.
