Applying for internships and graduate roles can be competitive and hard to navigate, especially if you're just starting out. This practical workshop will help you understand what employers are really looking for and how to present yourself with confidence at every stage of the recruitment process.

Presented by Sophie Wu, Senior Strategy and Operations, ANZ Mobility Marketplace at Uber, the session will cover how to identify your career direction, build a strong CV and LinkedIn profile, prepare for interviews and approach case studies. Sophie will also share insights into how AI is shaping recruitment and employer expectations today. The session includes a short interactive component, so come ready to get involved.

This workshop is ideal for students in business, commerce, economics, marketing, analytics, engineering or technology, particularly second- and third-year students beginning internship or graduate applications, final-year students and recent graduates with limited corporate experience, and international students wanting to better understand Australian recruitment and workplace expectations.
