In partnership with the Helpmann Academy, the Adelaide Festival are providing an exclusive, free masterclass for emerging dancers.
Join artists from Akram Khan Company, the UK-based dance company founded by acclaimed dancer and choreographer Akram Khan, for this special masterclass.
Akram Khan Company comes to Adelaide to support Jungle Book reimagined, an exciting new take on Rudyard Kipling’s classic story. Told through the eyes of Mowgli, a young climate refugee, this powerful work blends dance with state-of-the-art animation and a specially commissioned score to create an immersive world for audiences of all ages.
This masterclass is geared toward advanced and professional dancers.
This masterclass is free for final year students and graduates (up to five years from final year of study) from our partner institutions. Check your eligibility here.
