Important Update to Event Terms
Our previous event terms were designed with flexibility and trust, assuming everyone would follow the spirit of the rules. Unfortunately, a few instances have shown the need for clearer guidelines, so we’ve tightened them to ensure fairness and protect membership benefits. These changes will likely not affect most members. Thank you for your understanding.
Updated Event Details:
Members may purchase one additional ticket for visiting executives from their organisation. This is not available for every event and is subject to limited availability.
Member tickets are for the member organisation. If you wish to pass on your organisation’s second ticket to a guest from a different organisation (non-member), please contact events@hendersonalliance.org.au for approval. This ensures membership benefits (including costs) are used appropriately as per our Constitution.
Access for non-members is limited to maximise ticket availability for Members. Our preference is for organisations to become members rather than purchase ongoing event tickets, which are a member benefit. A few tickets are available for organisations to experience a Henderson Alliance event as a one-off trial. or invite by Events Team. Please contact events@hendersonalliance.org.au for Access code.
Please note that if you accidently purchase Member tickets without being a financial member of Henderson Alliance the tickets will be cancelled - you will receive notice from Humanatix about cancellation. We apologise if there are not sufficient tickets available for non-Members.
At our recent event, 30 members who held tickets did not attend and did not notify us.
As a result, 28 members on the waitlist missed out on the opportunity to attend. Please be considerate of fellow members. If you are unable to attend an event, return your ticket as early as possible so it can be offered to someone on the waitlist. Members with repeated no‑shows may be deprioritised for future events to ensure fair access for all.
Thank you for your understanding.
