Audiences will be taken back in time with poetry readings as they enjoy a special performance by Geoffrey Graham in character as Henry Lawson at the Henry Lawson Cottage. There will be several sessions of this performance, times TBA. This free event is for all ages.
About Henry Lawson Cottage: The cottage is of local heritage significance for several reasons. It was the residence of renowned Australian poet, Henry Lawson during his time writing about the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area to attract settlers to the area. The cottage is one of the last surviving examples of a typical worker's house during the establishment of the MIA.
