Sarah Reid is the founder of SR&O and creator of the Her Design, Her Story podcast. With more than 15 years’ experience in interior design, she is passionate about crafting meaningful spaces and sharing the stories of Australia’s leading female creatives, fostering connection and inspiring creativity through both design and conversation.

Louise Bastiris
Founder of In Good Company, Louise Bastiras has spent decades shaping Australia's design landscape. Through her Melbourne-based showroom, she has built a destination for thoughtfully curated furniture, lighting and homewares, championing timeless design, craftsmanship and the idea that beautiful spaces bring people together.

Jordan Fleming
Jordan Fleming is a Melbourne-based designer whose playful, sculptural furniture, lighting and objects blur the line between art and function. With a background in cabinetmaking and interior design, her distinctive work celebrates materiality, experimentation and the joy of everyday objects.

Ruby Shields
Ruby Shields is the founder and principal of Studio Shields, an interior design practice creating homes full of colour, character and soul. With a background in art direction, Ruby weaves together storytelling, craftsmanship and bold design to create interiors that feel deeply personal and entirely their own.
