Her Sacred Rhythm
Description
Her Sacred Rhythm
A women’s gathering of somatic movement, holistic learning, healing sound, ceremony, and sisterhood.
There is a rhythm within you that knows the way home.
Her Sacred Rhythm is an invitation to reconnect with the wisdom of your body, your voice, your heart and your feminine essence.
We will celebrate life, move & honour our body, learn about different seasons of woman's life and connect with others to remember we have never meant to do it alone because it really takes a village 💖

Who is it for:
Her Sacred Rhythm is for women of all seasons of life - with a cycle or without.
It is for the woman who wants to slow down, reconnect with her body, understand her natural rhythms, explore her voice, soften into sisterhood, and feel more at home within herself.
You don’t need any prior experience. This is a safe and welcoming space to come as you are, feel held, and connect with other heart-led women.

FAQs
- Do I need experience with yoga, meditation, or dance?
Not at all. This day is designed to welcome women exactly as they are, with whatever experience they bring. Whether you're completely new to these practices or have been exploring them for years, you'll find a place here. Everything is offered as an invitation, not a requirement.
- Is this event suitable if I'm coming alone?
Absolutely. Many women attend alone, and it's a beautiful way to meet yourself and connect with others. The circle format naturally creates connection, and you'll be held in a safe, supportive space from the moment you arrive.
- What should I bring?
Bring yourself, an open heart, yoga mat, cushion to sit on, and anything that helps you feel comfortable—a water bottle, journal, layers for temperature changes, and any personal items that support you. We'll provide everything else you need for the day.
- What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and allows you to move freely. Layers are recommended, as we'll be moving between different activities. Think comfortable, breathable clothing that you can dance, sit, and relax in.
- Is this a safe space for women new to this kind of event?
Yes. This gathering is intentionally designed to be welcoming, grounded, and safe. You're not expected to perform, fix yourself, or be anyone other than who you are. The facilitators hold the space with care, and the circle format naturally creates a sense of safety and belonging.
- Can I bring my daughter?
Yes, but she has to be 15 years old or older.
