After two years of disruptions, we launched into this year with all the commitments again, school routines, social events, sports, work, travel from zero to 110%!

The pace got fast real quick, right?

When life gets busy, what tends to drop first?

Your needs, your self care.... YET as women this is the opposite of what we need.

When we are doing more, we need to take more time to just be and receive.

The more you do, the less you have for you and your loved ones and the closer you get to burn out PLUS the relationships around you suffer.

her_TRYBE is a space to just be. To rest, reset, and gift yourself with much needed me time.

A couple of hours dedicated to you, only you.

A couple of hours to nurture the relationship to yourself, fill your cup and connect with other women. As women we need true connection and thrive through being is space with other women. A women's circle is a place for you to land, as you are, without the roles you play for others.
