Spring is almost here and just like the seasons, have you felt like you have hibernated through winter?
Feeling the heaviness that can come with colder days, retreating inwards. Each season serves us in some way, yet there comes a time when we are ready for the next!
Ready to shed some winter layers of the past and emerge into this next season?
Spring brings an opportunity to spring clean all areas of our life, our emotional, mental and physical. To birth the new, to being again we need to let go and release the past. What has been with you for long enough, what are you ready to release so you can start a fresh?
This months circle coincides with the Full Moon on 10 September. A perfect time to release and let go of anything that doesn't serve you going into the next phase of this year. Cleanse the old and welcome the new.
What do you want to welcome into the remainder of 2022?
Your night will include:
- Connection and sharing circle
- Journal Practice aligned to the theme of release the past and embrace the new
- Fire ceremony to release anything that you are truly ready to leave behind
- Gentle Embodiment Movement Practice, to reinvigorate.
- Breathwork
- Uplifting Meditation Visualization Practice to bring you into the spring with your vision of this next phase
