Spring is here. A time for "NEW" growth, the warmer weather encouraging us to come out of the hibernation phase.

A time where you feel inspired and energised to spring clean your home and start or refocus on some goals or focuses that may have been on pause during the cooler months as we navigated the restrictions.

Its time for you to launch and embrace the uplifting energy of spring with an evening dedicated to you.

Regular quality time is not a luxury, it is a necessity, AND don't you deserve to apply some of that nurturing energy on yourself. 100% YES!

We cannot care for others if we are not caring for ourselves.

her_TRYBE Women's circles are an evening for nurturing your well being, mind, body and soul. A night for you to reconnect to yourself and connect to a beautiful community of like minded women. True connection is vital for our well being as humans, to be seen, heard and understood by others.

Mindfulness Exercises
Conversation and Connection
