This month we invite you to surrender to this transitions of seasons, through a beautiful yin yoga and sound experience with our her_TRYBE community at the hidden sanctuary, Black Mat Studio.

Yin Yoga and Sound Bowls Experience

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding postures for several minutes at a time, with a focus on relaxation and stretching. Unlike other forms of yoga, which focus on building strength and endurance, yin yoga works to release tension in the body's connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia.

Perfect for this season as we move from summer towards winter.

This very special yin experience will include a sound bowl experience to bring the healing vibrations of sound to help clear, restore and reset your body.
