We are Anto & Rachel, facilitators and friends, and we would love to share with you the medicine of our hearts.

Anto will be guiding you in body & mind nourishment, through the practises of Yoga & Meditation.

Rachel offers Therapeutic Horticulture – the practice of using plants, nature and gardening to cultivate mental health. Together, we’ll explore the medicinal properties of herbs, how to grow them, and how this practice can enhance our well-being, strengthen our health, and build supportive communities.

What to expect

Cushion, blanket, socks, whatever you would like to feel comfortable. Clothes that are comfortable for yoga & gardening.

Journal & pen, water bottle, your favourite mug.

A cardboard box to carry home your plant(s) and not get dirt in your car.
