Herbal Immunity with Pat Collins
Description
Discover how natural herbs and plant remedies can help support and strengthen your immune system. In this hands-on workshop we explore simple, natural alternatives to heavily processed products, learning how herbs can gently support health without relying on synthetic chemicals.
We will begin with a farm walk led by Pat identifying useful herbs/weeds. You will learn how to incorporate and appreciate them for their benefits and as messengers that tell us about our soil and it’s condition. Then we will move onto the hands on workshop where you will be making products to boost your immunity such as Myrrh ointment, Blackberry Nightshade ointment, Winterblend tea, Garlic and Chilli capsules and more.
You will get to take home samples of what is made - all ingredients, jars & bottles are included in the cost.
Wear clothes you feel comfortable in and don’t mind getting dirty.
Space is limited. Early registration is recommended.
Pat's workshops are based on 35 years of teaching and 32 years of Practice as a Herbalist.
