Herbal Medicine Making Workshop (Weekday)
Description
Winter is here… and with it usually come the sniffles and a few un-welcomed bugs.
Prevention and preparation are key — especially when you’re wanting to support yourself and your family holistically.
Come and join me in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges for a nourishing afternoon with like-minded women as we explore the art of natural medicine making.
Together we’ll strip medicine back to what it once was — simple, effective remedies made from real ingredients. I’ll show you how many medicinal treasures are already sitting in your kitchen cupboards or growing in your garden, along with a few beautiful additions you may not yet be familiar with.
During the workshop you will learn how to make:
• herbal infusions
• tinctures
• medicinal honey
• fire tonic
• vapour balms & salves
• immune-supportive diffuser and roller blends
• healing broth
And of course, this won’t just be learning — we’ll be making too. Getting our hands busy creating a few remedies for you to take home so your family can head into the cooler months well supported.
All products and materials will be supplied. All you need to bring is your vibrant self and a readiness to learn.
It will be a fun, jam-packed afternoon of learning, creating and reconnecting with the wisdom of natural medicine — empowering you to take your family’s health into your own hands.
A little about me
I’m Chloe — a mum of nearly five, passionate about helping families rediscover the simplicity of natural health. My heart is in teaching women how to care for their families with confidence by bringing medicine back to its roots — herbs, nourishing food, simple remedies, and the wisdom that has supported families for generations.
I believe many of the most powerful medicines are already within reach — in our kitchens, our gardens, and in the rhythms of how we live.
I can’t wait to share this afternoon with you.
