Herbal tea making workshop

Join me for a nourishing and inspiring workshop where you’ll learn how to craft herbal teas that are both delicious and effective. I’ll share practical tips for blending herbs for flavour and therapeutic benefit, and introduce you to the medicinal properties and actions of a range of herbs.

You’ll create your own personalised tea blend to take home and enjoy.

We’ll also explore the community garden together, discovering some of the many medicinal plants growing there and learning how they can be used.
