Herbal Womb Wisdom Workshop With Alice Blanch
Event description
Gather in circle with women to connect and re-member wise woman ways of incorporating medicinal herbs in our daily lives to support our womb cycles.
Together we will be discussing the spiritual practice of menstruation; learning a variety of herbs which support womb care, hormone balance and overall womb nourishment; learning different
methods of working with the plants throughout the cycle; discussing different preparation methods and how you may begin to make them at home. Guidance on plant ID, growing and harvesting will be given as well as suggestions for ethically sourcing them online.
Together we will make a womb tea or yoni steam mix as well as a body oil to take home.
Knowing how to connect with our wombs and use plants to support our cycles can be something that is missed in our modern times. This common disconnection and disregard for our womb and the deep wisdom of her cycle can lead to a wide variety dis-eases in our being. When we return to listening and being lead by our cycle rather than ignoring and resisting it, we reconnect with our unique natural rhythm and begin to work with our
innate wisdom and not against it.
Come and be a part of this re-membering of the wise ways. Each woman who joins will add to the rich tapestry of knowledge and presence which will be woven into the workshop.
Herbal teas provided on the day to enjoy throughout the workshop!
