I’m delighted to be hosting an afternoon of herbal medicine and aromatics aimed at relaxing and de-stressing with a very special guest - local Yoga teacher Bhavani, who will finish the class with yoga nidra.

A great opportunity to spend the afternoon making potions with other wonderful humans in the cosy heart of the Strezleckis - Mirboo North.

We will make a range of products including an aromatic inhaler, teas and hydrosols that you can take home along with a recipe booklet.

Price includes all materials and the items you can take home with you.

We will finish the session wrapped in a cocoon of dreaminess with Bhavani who will guide us through some yogic pranayama and yoga nidra so you can leave with all your goodies in absolute bliss!

About me

Hello, I’m Laura A’Bell aka Lolly. I’ve been teaching herbal medicine

and aromatics since the 90s. I founded Sevenly and Harriet Herbery and

was a board member for Alliance of International Aromatherapists for a

couple of years.

I have taught thousands of people in these areas over the last two

decades and finally after all the lockdowns I’m back doing what I never

meant to stop.

Tickets are non-refundable however you can transfer them to another person if you cannot attend.
