From our first period to menopause, we experience complex monthly cycles that affect our mood, minds, digestion, sleep and everything in between. Yet, so many of us never learn how to gracefully inhabit our cycling bodies.

If you're ready to understand what's happening in your body each month and how to work with your cycle, rather than against it, join Yelena, The Psychedelic Herbalist, for this workshop on 5th Dec at Flow State studio.

You'll gain a deep understanding of your unique cycle and how to use herbal medicine, cycle charting and cycle syncing to create a more embodied, easeful, and empowered cycle.

What you'll learn:

Understand your individual cycle: Understand the cycle phases, map your experience of each phase, and learn what your unique body needs to thrive

Herbs for every phase: Simple, safe, and effective herbs to support your cycle and how to choose the right plants for your body
