This is a more active session to engage children.

Thank you for closely supervising children for their safety and everyone's comfort.

Unique Summer Opportunity to Tune into the unique sounds of the plant world as they share their stories through music, of life and the songs from the land.

At Ma-Yothu Sanctuary’s 19 acres of wetlands we will connect to the songs of the wild grasses and  to the native healing plants found on the land for their amplified  healing frequencies and songs.

We introduce the story of the “Voices” from the plant world and connect to our natural surroundings in three slightly different formats..

Family Event- open to all people.

We share the story of plants where children and parents alike will be introduced to some of the many benefits of plants, from grasses to trees as we tune into some of their songs and secrets. This will be a guided session comprising of some physical activity and some stillness. It may include some fun “Tai Chi” or some “Connection of Senses”  to the natural landscape that allows each child to become more conscious and aware of their own energy and that of the plants. With 19 acres of beautiful grasslands and ponds, there are many micro-climates for us to explore and appreciate the differences.
1 hr. + (optional) 30min hearing your own plants if you wish to bring those.

SAVE YOUR SPACE FOR PLANT MUSIC WITH DADIRRI – 10+YRS

Plant Music with Dadirri –  10+yrs.

This brings together the gifts of plant music and a deep listening to ourselves in nature. First a connection to land practice and then people will be introduced to the ancient form of “Deep Listening” (Dadirri). Please see definition of Dadirri below***. Weather permitting* we shall walk onto a selected location on the land and be introduced to this practice and then further enhance the experience by inviting the plants to share their unique stories through the  use of the amazing new Bio-Resonance Technology. New Technology that in the past has gifted us the Whale songs.The plant’s compositions may be melodic, rich, heart-stirring and always healing for humans as they reconnect us more fully with mother nature.

1 hr. + (optional) 30min hearing your own plants if you wish to bring those. *If the weather is unsuitable to be outdoors a modified class will be undertaken in the Meditation Centre with the Home Plants..

SAVE YOUR PLACE FOR SOUNDBATH WITH SINGING PLANTS – 15+YRS

Soundbath with Singing Plants – 15+yrs.

You will be introduced to the wonderous Plant music in our Meditation Centre, this expression of nature will be determined by the musical plants of the day. Several plants will be asked to play “live” for us with their own harmonious and often intricate compositions. As we can’t anticipate their creations we also stay “in the momemnt” keeping our minds open and focussed with what is shared on the day.

The music of plants has been found, like in nature, to have health benefits.It activates the production of endorphins, a hormone connected to happiness, improving mood, reducing stress, harmonising energies and aiding relaxation. There will be time for experiences, questions and some group interactions with the plants.

1 hr. + (optional) 30min hearing your own plants if you wish to bring those.

Be prepared for your Session

For everyones enjoyment and comfort we thank all participants for be being quiet and respectful and for children being under adult supervision at all times.

• All must enter through the office area to register, remove shoes and quietly enter the meditation room and find a comfortable seat. A brief introduction will be followed by the outline of the event of the day.
• We share how to respect and show appreciation for our plants.
• All events will be upon the land to harmonise our energy and move to a meditaive attitude (gaining added benfits of Earthing), or inside with a calming veiw or both depending on the weather. Please bring a rug or towel to sit on as you relax.
• Everyone may then lie down or sit on the mats or cushions provided  in the centre or on the land for the experience of hearing our  plant guests share their unique stories and listen as they often chat with each other…
• An open sharing of group experiences and a question and answer time are provided.
• You may bring your own plant to hear what they have to share… (subject to time and numbers.)
• We provide a safe respectful space for people to join group meditations with calming and informative outcomes.
