Description

Women of the Murray is proud to host our first-ever weekend retreat in 2026. HERtreat is designed for women who do it all, carry the mental load, and rarely give themselves permission to slow down. This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a full weekend reconnecting with yourself, supported by a warm, inclusive community of women from across the Murray region.

Across the weekend, you will experience a thoughtfully curated blend of wellbeing, creativity, movement, rest, and real-life self-development. HERtreat is not about fixing yourself or striving for perfection. It is about honest conversations, relatable motivation, and practical tools you can actually use. Expect open discussions, unfiltered stories, and gentle guidance around mindset, boundaries, confidence, and navigating the season of life you are in, shared in a way that feels human, grounded, and supportive.

Alongside this, there is space to breathe, reflect, and simply be. Think barefoot mornings, nourishing meals, soulful evenings, laughter, and the kind of conversations that unfold when women feel safe, seen, and supported. You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected, both to yourself and to others.

HERtreat is proudly grounded in place. Wherever possible, the retreat is delivered using local suppliers, caterers, and regional produce, supported by local organisations that share our values. By attending, you are investing not only in your own well-being, but also in regional businesses, community connection, and a more sustainable way of gathering.

Places are limited, and this retreat is expected to sell out. Strictly 18+
