Meet the speakers

Andrew Fraser
VP, GTM Retail & Revenue Leader, Lightspeed Commerce

Andrew Fraser is the Senior Vice President, Go-To-Market - Retail at NYSE-listed Lightspeed. As SVP, GTM - Retail, Andrew’s role is to lead the team in ensuring that Lightspeed Retail continues to grow rapidly in a sustainable way. Andrew joined Lightspeed via the ~$500M Vend acquisition, where he was Chief Revenue Officer. From working at McKinsey & Company in Auckland and LA through to spending time as a uranium explorer in Ethiopia, Andrew has a wide range of unique experience across the infrastructure and tech sectors. Outside of Lightspeed, Andrew loves spending time with his family, and also serves as Chair of the New Zealand American Football Federation.




Amanda Armstrong
Director, GravityLab & RevenueLab

Amanda is an Executive Revenue leader with over 20 years experience in Sales and Marketing leadership roles for global organisations. Within executive roles at Xero, Vend and Crimson Education, she has helped teams thrive across multiple countries and divisions. She’s led teams in NZ, UK, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Russia, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand.

She specialises in building a strong foundation across Sales and Marketing processes, Technology and People to ensure companies can accelerate their growth to the next level.

Currently Amanda is the director of RevenueLab and is on the board of NextMinute as an independent director.





Ayon Bhattacharyya
Founder & CEO, Biz Growth Spurt

Ayon is an experienced Monetisation Strategy & Growth Consultant with significant success in unlocking profit and growth potential through value innovation, positioning, packaging, and implementing optimal pricing strategies. Ayon is a CIMA qualified accountant and recently gained his Executive MBA from a US-based business school.  Drawing upon two decades of business leadership experience within the corporate sector in the UK, Australia, and NZ, with brands such as Westpac, Hoyts, Trade Me and Equifax, Ayon now works with CEO’s, business owners and senior executives of mid-sized disruptive growth companies to assist them with finding and monetising their competitive advantage. 

As the founder of consulting firm Biz Growth Spurt, Ayon has a strong track record of helping tech & SaaS companies win more business at higher prices by improving their pricing power.




Simon Young
Vice President of Engineering, Halter

Simon is the VP of Engineering at Halter and has been with the team for over 2 years, during a time of phenomenal growth. Simon's teams manage the full digital technology at Halter which involves the software, firmware, data and product experience enabled through the collar and the App that farmers use. Being on the Exec team of a high growth company, Simon is also deeply involved across the business. Prior to Halter, Simon was the CTO and CPO at Trademe, where he served for 10 years.



Fallon Savery
SVP of Revenue, Timely

Fallon Savery is an experienced revenue executive with proven experience developing and executing new go-to-market strategies, along with building and leading customer teams. She has built high-performing revenue teams globally, and her experience spans both high volume & enterprise sales. Balancing being an analytical yet empathic leader, she focuses on getting the most out of people to deliver results.

Being passionate about revenue, Fallon's wheelhouse is creating sales and marketing management frameworks and working with companies to embed them for success. Currently, Fallon holds multiple roles, SVP of Revenue at Timely and is on the board for Onside as an independent director.



Ben Sheehan
Regional Sales Director, Salesforce

Ben Sheehan is the Regional Sales Director for Salesforce's New Zealand Scale business, focused on helping Kiwi start-ups, scale-ups and scalers leverage world-leading technology through their journey.
