Hibernation
Event description
HIBERNATION
A play by Finegan Kruckemeyer
Directed by Catarina Hebbard
The planet is burning. The animals are dying. What can humans possibly do to turn back the clock on our poor, embattled Earth? What if everyone on earth went to sleep for a year and let nature take back control?
This Queensland premiere of Finegan Kruckemeyer's brilliantly provocative play, directed by Catarina Hebbard, is part science fiction, part searingly intimate psychodrama.
Hibernation is for anyone who has dreamed of a better future for themselves and the people they hold most dear.
Featuring the graduating cohort of QUT BFA Acting 2024.
Designed, production/stage managed, assistant directed, choreographed by Technical Production, Drama and Dance students, QUT Creative Industries.
