Start in Caz’s garden, harvesting seasonal produce before moving into a hands-on mystery menu cooking class.

From there, the experience unfolds, each course revealed as you go, showcasing surprising flavours, new techniques, and a curated selection of outstanding Scenic Rim produce.

You’ll meet a few of the region’s lesser-known producers along the way, adding a layer of discovery to every dish.

We finish with a long, relaxed lunch on the deck, sharing what you’ve created, paired with a local beverage.
