Hierarchy of Needs - Dancing with the Archetypes
Event description
Do you feel like you're wearing many different hats in life? Do you forget to take them off from time to time and wonder why things don't flow?
The world requires to us to switch between many different roles as they demand our focus. If you had a way to lift the burden on this process, would you try it?
This workshop will focus on building knowledge around your 'actualised self' during experiential moments in life. It will build a felt sense of resiliency during life's challenges. Work towards simplfying the functionality of your needs.
Dancing with your archetypes, approaches four fundamental aspects to desired outcomes (Jungian principles):
- Providing Structure
- Connection to Others
- Leaving a Mark
- Espiritual Journey
Each aspect will consider the persona, shadow, masculine/feminine and heirarchy of needs.
In a group therapy setting (in reference to Maslow's Heirarchy of Needs), we will work to bring a greater sense of:
- Self Esteem
- Love and BelongingÂ
- Safety and Security
- Physical Body Awareness.
Achieved through a gentle modality of Somatic Dance Movement, you will be guided through meditative experientials diving deeper into the subconscious.
Open up your awareness to the profoundness of body mind connection on the pathway to healing and personal freedom.Â
