Organizational skills, exam techniques and stress relief for High School students in years 7 - 12 in 2020

This two-part workshop held over 2 days will help you power through your assignments and your exam preparation whilst leaving you with strategies to manage your own stress levels! This skill-based, the workshop will look at:

* designing your perfect home study environment

time management skills

organisation and filing
managing your workload
dealing with distractions
overcoming procrastination
effective use of class time
note taking skills
relaxation and stress management technique

The course will be based on actual work the student is doing at school.
The course is 6 hours and runs over the 2 sessions. They are interactive sessions and students are asked to have their camera and microphone on throughout the course.
