The High-Seas Cartel are back, offering dub, funk, soul and pop with big-band energy set for optimal good vibrations; heavenly horns, raucous raps, deep grooves and a dash of danger, the Cartel are set to make a name for themselves in 2026.
New contenders in the ‘inner-west party-band’ game, the cartel is a motley crew with a sound like a tidal wave in a trumpet, a storm in a synth, and chaos confined in a kick drum.
