Wine Gathering is our monthly celebration of community, thoughtful food, and distinctive wines at Windy Hill Farm and Preserve. Each evening centers on a specific wine-making style and is paired with a chef-driven set menu designed to complement and elevate every glass.

For August's Wine Gathering, we welcome Cordoni Maser Winery as our featured winemaker. Guided by sommelier Maja Roy, guests will explore a curated selection of wines that reflect the winery's unique approach, regional character, and commitment to craftsmanship.

The evening will be paired with a four-course menu from Wilder inspired by the abundance of late summer on the farm. Together, the wines and menu create a thoughtful exploration of season, place, and the stories behind every bottle.
