In the 2 hours you generously share with me, I will guide you through the following:

* Tea, cake + a beautiful grazing platter from Kiama Grazing Co. to indulge in as we chat all about self care and ways to de-stress.

*Discussion about the basics of essential oils with some practical tips and take-aways.

*A session on creating your daily wellness routine, or updating a previous one to suit you in this current season of life.

*Make and take home 3 personal roller blends.

 *Includes a recipe sheet for all of the DIY items plus more recipes to make at home.

*Guided meditation and breathing techniques designed to reduce stress.

*All guests will take home a complimentary gift voucher for a 20min introductory Deep Relaxation Healing Aromatherapy Session which can be booked in on it's own or added onto any other massage booking.
