High Tea with Jaclyn Moriarty

In Jaclyn Moriarty’s incandescent novel, Anna, Teddy and Jade leap headlong into time, hurtling on a crash course towards one another. At turns entertaining and illuminating, Time Travel for Beginners explores the moments, big and small, that shape our destiny.

Mischa Parkee is our Director and Manager! Mish began her bookselling journey in 2009, where she discovered her passion for children’s literature. She went on to become a Primary School teacher at a local public school. Her father is Chinese and her mother is British, and she lives on Gadigal, Gweagal & Bidjigal land. She is a Young Adult enthusiast, and has extensively studied female pioneers of 18th and 19th century literature. Her favourite genres are fantasy, Gothic, speculative fiction, classics written by women, and picture books she shares with her 1 year old son. Rose is Mischa’s ‘nan-in-law,’ but has quickly become an inspiration as the matriarch of her family. As an avid reader herself, it is a great joy to share books and stories with her.
