Celebrate the launch of Sweet Heart with Natalie Paull over a high tea of scones, sandwiches, champagne and some delicious cakes from the book! Sweet Heart is a collection of recipes to satisfy every sweet craving from the legendary baker and author behind Beatrix Bakes.

Natalie Paull is one of Australia's most lauded and best-loved bakers, and author of the bestselling and groundbreaking Beatrix Bakes and Beatrix Bakes Another Slice. These books were named after her cult Melbourne bakeshop; they captured the essence of her craft and gave readers insight into why customers travelled interstate for the tiny shop with the colourful cake window. Always experimenting, Natalie is driven by a desire to spread and teach cake joy to people of all backgrounds and abilities.
