Sacha Stewart is a Kinesiologist and Mind Body Medicine Practitioner, with a background in holistic coaching; she also educates in mindfulness and meditation.

Whether 1:1, or in a self-development workshop, she blends these modalities to encourage people to tap into their own inner wisdom, for how they can grow and expand, as well as gives practical tools to create wellbeing and peace in their lives.

Speaking and mentoring in the corporate world she has worked with high level clients such as Apple iTunes, UBER, BHP, The Langham Hotel Group, Mindshare, Wisetech Global and WPP.
