Higher Ground - a mindset masterclass to get you ready for 2022
with Sacha Stewart, Kinesiologist & Mind Body Medicine Practitioner

Hosted by Nourish Melbourne

Self reflection is one of the most powerful ways you can grow, and with 2021 having been a time of challenge for many, it’s an opportunity to take the wisdom of what you've learnt, where you may feel out of alignment with what you are wanting to create for yourself, and begin to take steps forward as we move into 2022.

Take this time to discover:

> What is working in your life and what you would like to create more of.
> What’s holding you back, and where you need to let go of what isn’t serving you. This could be old patterns of behaviour, thoughts, habits, beliefs, relationships or work.
> What you want to create in your life for 2022, and ignite a path to tap into this.
> What is really important to you, so you can actively prioritise this and create real change.

In this masterclass you will be guided to to listen deeply into your own inner knowing to shine a light on how you want to show up for the coming year ahead.
